1. GENERAL
By accessing compliantkits.com you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase firearm accessories in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PRODUCTS
Compliant Kits sells legal firearm accessories and compliance parts only. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, lower receivers, or any serialized parts. No Federal Firearms License (FFL) transfer is required to purchase from us.

All parts sold by Compliant Kits are legal to sell and purchase under federal law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that purchasing, owning, and installing these parts complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

3. COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER
California firearms laws are complex and change frequently. Our kits are designed and curated to assist with California featureless rifle compliance based on current law at the time of listing. However:

- We are not lawyers and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice
- We make no guarantee that our products will make your specific rifle compliant
- Laws may change after your purchase without notice
- Your complete rifle configuration, not just our parts, determines legal compliance
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your complete build complies with current California law and the laws of your jurisdiction

When in doubt consult a California firearms attorney before building or shooting. The California DOJ Bureau of Firearms maintains current guidance at oag.ca.gov.

4. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
You are responsible for confirming that parts you order are compatible with your specific rifle platform, barrel thread pitch, and configuration before ordering. Compliant Kits provides compatibility information as a general guide only. We are not responsible for parts ordered for an incompatible platform.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We strive to ensure product descriptions, compliance information, and pricing are accurate and current. However we reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without notice. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase the items in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

7. SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 United States. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled parts in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items.

Parts that show any signs of installation including grip screw marks, muzzle brake threading marks, or removed packaging are not eligible for return. All parts must be in original uninstalled condition with original packaging.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Compliant Kits shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of our products.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compliant Kits, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your purchase or use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
